Frequently Asked Questions

Where to upload my image?
add/edit/delete images in this XMl file. “gallery/widget.xml”

Why my image gallery out of range?
In front end widget area, if you see gallery out of area or invisible, it because of height and width of the widget, so you should arrange width and height of the widget in widget configuration area. In default I have fixed width: 200px and height: 155px.

Why my slideshow not scroll properly or why one image overlaps another at the time of scroll?
Set the width and height to the width/height of the LARGEST image in your slideshow!

could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error:

hi
I really would like to use the horizontal scroll plugin to display the partners to the company. I modified the widget.xml file to redirect the path for the pictures. I kept the link part of the file intact. Yet when I go to the site it says all my pictures are “undefined”. Any ideas?
thanks

Hello Gopi, I have successfully attached pictures to your slideshow, but it doesn’t scroll. If I make the height of the slide show really high, I can see the attached pictures under the main picture….. strange. What can I do?

Gopi, I have been trying to get this slideshow to work for the last three days. Would it be possbile if you could answer me?

All I really needed was a reply Gopi. I’m sure your slideshow would have been perfect for my website if it worked. I’m going to uninstall now and forget the past week of trying to get this thing going.
