This is great, just what I was looking for as a solution. I think it would be awesome if somehow you could add multiple instances of the current announcements and supply different styles to them. I have one on my non-blog looking homepage, and then on the blog page the sidebar I created is a different size. Thanks for the great plugin

I love the concept of this plug-in…however, I am not sure if our theme will work with it. our site is www(dot)boissuq(dot)com…this theme is soooooooo tempermental, if u have a moment could you breeze by and let me know what you think…I’d like it in the side bar.
Also…I need to know where to download it also…thanks in advance for your help.

Suggestion – Add a div or class for easy CSS Wrapping of widget content

I am trying to get it to display in a page adding the code you provided: but it doesnt work. I really would like to be able to add the scroller anywhere with (the html code?) or some embedding method? such as [announcements_news] for example… is it possible?

I really love this plug-in but the fact that an add was embedded in it was very unprofessional. I certainly hope to see more good things from you, but preferably without nailing me with your google adsense.

text-slign to the right does not work, i also gives it a white background which i do not want.

It seems that the line is grabbing from your general CSS style of your theme. For example, if I add a link to my announcements, it’s formatted like my general theme CSS.

Have you considered adding checkboxes and a mass update feature to the announcements? I clip news articles throughout the week and I have around 25 announcements by week’s end. I then have to delete each on one at a time when the new week starts. It seems like you should be able to delete several at a time instead of just singly.

Your plugin is a cutie but it should open a page to view all announcements in a single page, when a link like, “View All Announcements” is clicked.

If you add this additional functionality, your plugin would become s**y also

You need to upgrade your plug-ins. Since I moved up to WP 2.9, every plug in of yours that I install a) doesn’t work and b) locks out all sidebars except for sidebar1 in the widget admin page.

This is a fantastic plugin. However, it would be nice if you could insert a photo or graphic.

Great plugin works great with HTML tags.
Only thing i want to know how i can change is to add a CSS style:
direction: rtl;

my blog is in hebrew & i want the text to be from right to left.
i changed it from the settings menu but that didn’t worked.

But I can’t change the width. No matter what number I put in, the widget still show same width (sidebar_full) so I put it in (sidebar_left). I’m using WP 2.9.1 (maybe the culprit )and pixel templates.
